This would be considered hazing!

If it is an activity that only one segment of the membership takes part in, then it would be considered hazing by the NPC.

New member activities should give everyone a chance to bond with their new sisters. Search these boards - there are TONS of healthy, fun sisterhood/retreat/new member activity ideas. Take advantage of this resource and stand your ground.
