Looks like a 15,500 sq foot house (not including basement) with 24 beds. That is a HUGE amount of square footage per occupant. That comes to 645 sq. ft. per resident - again, not including the basement.

I love the dinning room with french doors stepping out onto the rear balcony. Very nice.

Does anyone have a price tag on this property?
