My personal dream (If I won the lottery) - is to build a ranch for feral cats, staffed by vets and animal lovers, where each cat had its own little victorian cat house. It would be open for people to visit, and ideally adopt the cats.
If, when I die, the funds are there, I would love to finance a private room in my hospital's ER for at-risk patients (ex. chronically ill presenting with an acute situation).
