I just don't think that how much money a candidate's wife makes should have anything to with them running for president. A candidates wife's political/social views, however I do believe should be taken account.

They sure did. Some people on GC even made a big deal that she wasn't born in America.

I know; that was a reference to the incessant "OMG DID YOU KNOW THAT JENNA AND THE TWINZ ARE ALL THETAS?!" we got in 2000 and in 2004 on this here site. Every thread remotely related to Kappa Alpha Theta or the Bush family recalled this fact.
