I have Sprint PCS also...I will admit the only thing that drew me to Sprint was the fact that they had the coolest phones.
Right now I have a beautiful phone that is always on roam (it seems). However, when I go to Atlanta, or the larger cities service is great and rarely roams.
Customer service has been great with me so far, I haven't really needed to use it that much.
Daytime mintues do suck though, they give you a ratio of like 5 daytime to 6 million nighttime KNOWING that people need to use the phone during the day! Sigh...
