About 2 summers ago my best friend and I joined a gym and the only night class they had was for Yoga. We had always heard great things about it and how it soothes your soul. Anyway, we walk in and including both of us and the instructor there were a total of like 6 people there. Anyway, it did not calm or soothe us in any way because we were having a hard time getting in position and just doing the moves. We were very discouraged and never went again, but we should have stuck with it, given it some time to adjust and learn the moves.

What kind of results do you get from Yoga? I am sure you get wonderful results with time, but when i was doing the actual moves, it didnt seem worth it to me.
Yeah Pilates is a lot like yoga. It combines things from yoga and dance. Its like high speed yoga with some ballet stuff thrown in. I think it works great. I always work up a sweat.
