I realized it as he was walking backwards and telling the old man to be careful and i was so EXCITED!!!! I was like hess gonna get hit by a bus and then he did and i cheered inside. . . His beeper for a heart being available right after he got hit was a bit over the top though.

I was spoiled for the car accident though, so I was expecting it the whole episode... wait for it... wait for it....
