thats interesting. reminds me of an article i read about a student in Boston, i think he went to MIT, who join a fraternity at another school while attending MIT.

side question about Kettering University. if a chapter gets in trouble how does that work? would the A group be suspended or shutdown and the B group be business as usual?

I would think that would be the assumption as it actually is treated like a seperate chapter.
