She's in a bad situation, but what about counseling? This is a very personal issue, but I am curious to know if he doesn't think of her that way because he views her as a mommy and not "sexy" per se or if he is just not attracted anymore. There are lot of married and single people who tone it down with their spouse/partner because they're drained at the end of the day...

I agree with proceeding with caution when kids are involved, but at the same time, she has to do what is best for her.
