Nah, it's about 10 minutes north on 65 once you get off of 85 in Montgomery. I think it's about an hour south of Birmingham.

ah hah. i guess i am confusing one of the numerous "ville" suburbs of the ham with prattville. i might be able to find out some spas in b-ham if you don't find any in montgomery.

that sounds like a fabulous gift, by the way.
