No, the top pic is how it should be.
Speaking of that.......I find it absolutely hilarious when I see a bunch of Fail-U fans with upside down longhorn stickers on their cars.
.......surely they realize that they are giving our university money every time they buy one.

Not really, we don't buy the official ones so we don't pay copyright to tu.

Of course it's the official one. It's the exact same logo. I've been in all of the well known OU merchandise stores in Norman and seen them hanging on the wall. I thought it was pretty odd to see them for sale the first time I went up there, but a friend told me why people buy them. Even he thought it was silly, and he goes to OU.
I don't care, I just think it's funny.

Not quite, tu doesn't own rights to all longhorn cattle.
Some stores might sell the official merch., but we don't use the official one on T-shirts because tu threw a hissy about it, and the ones on most of the cars I've seen aren't the official ones.

I didn't say that Texas owned the rights to all longhorn cattle.
I said that this image is copyrighted.
The ones on most cars is this ^^^^, usually in white though.......turned upside down. I mean, this is a really silly argument. This is the sticker that is used. I've seen it countless times and I think I would know if the one being turned upside down was different than the real logo. This is what is sold in Boomer/Sooner books, the university bookstore under the parking garage, the Nike Sooner store on Campus Corner.......the official NCAA logo of UT.
I know about the T-Shirts using the Longhorn logo. The university tried to do the same thing to A&M when they made the "Saw Em Off" stickers and shirts with the Longhorn decal with broken horns.

Here is "Ralphie," the University of Colorado's live mascot who runs at the beginning of each half at CU home football games. Watching it is pretty damned impressive.

You don't want to stand in Ralphie's way.
By the way, Ralphie is actually a female.
The Falcon, mascot of the United States Air Force Academy is said to be the only "performing" mascot in the NCAA.
The ones below also sometimes "fly by" during pregame at AFA. They're pretty damned impressive, too.
