Being a legacy is not a special case for membership...not in Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. We don't have a legacy clause. I dare say, age is not the litmus test for worthiness as a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. The Most Honorable Founder Myrtle Tyler was only 18 when Zeta Phi Beta Sorority was first established.

This issue has been brought up with frat as well. I was on as a freshman and I am against freshmen coming through my organization. I was a special case (double legacy) but I don't think I should've been accepted. But like with me it should be evaluated case by case.
