No, unfortunately, no recipe listed. But there was this "oh, so helpful" copy attached:
Kite flying is often a fun activity for a summer party. Some kids enjoy flying kites so much, they want their birthday party to center around kites! So, if you are planning a kite-flying party, you most likely will host this at an outside venue, such as a park that has enough room to fly the kites.
In the case of decorations, the kites will be the main one. You can also buy bright rolls of string to tie the kites to for flying as well. The kids can do this together as an activity at the party before spending the majority of their time flying the kites. Let’s hope you have good wind on that day too!
Have your birthday kid choose two-three of his favorite colors and purchase balloons in those colors. Blow them up, bunch them in threes, and weight them down. The balloons will mark off the party area in the park.
