I love Estelle!!! I have "I Love You" and "OG B***h" on my MP3 player.

The Flashing Lights video gives me a headache.

I saw her video and really liked the song. I went to her myspace to check out some more songs. What I heard was okay but the other songs didn't sound like the one with the video (I can't remember the name of the song)

I saw the video yesterday (well, the part that MTV showed--what's up with them playing pieces of a video?). It looked a little creepy and that chick's walk is hella nasty looking.

I may have said it before, but I LOVE THIS THREAD!!!

I like Estelle, based on the track with Kanye... heard it once so I need to check her out. Ayo is not a new name, but I have yet to listen to her work.

Has anyone heard of Lemar? I think that's his name. He's a new-ish UK soul singer. I heart him!

Just finished listening to the new Gnarls Barkley...I like it, but "St. Elsewhere" is much better. You'll have to listen to it at least more than once to really get into it.

Does anybody have Day 26's CD?

Okay...I have it...and after I got thru the first song which I very much so dislike...I started to enjoy the cd. I think it will take a few more time listening to it but for right now...its alright...they are probably the best group to come from MTB...

Bad Boy Baby!

Day 26 is a must have! They took R&B back to what it was when I grew up. I love the album.

I recently bought Day 26, both Van Hunt albums, and Sara Bareilles's new album, Little Voice. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Sara. She sings in the living room in that Rhapsody commercial. Her voice is great. I downloaded Van Hunt in college, but needed to put his work on my ipod. I have yet to listen to Van Hunt's second album or Day 26.

^^^I have Van Hunt's 2nd CD, wasn't too crazy about it. Day 26 is pretty nice, though.

I picked up Leona Lewis this morning; good debut, but it's so Mariah-esque. It's very reminiscent of Mariah's debut CD.

I listened to Leona Lewis on AOL. I thought the same thing about the Mariah comparision. Honestly, I hope Mariah's new one doesn't contain a bunch of tracks like "Touch My Body." I HATE that song.

Have yall heard of Estelle? She's from London and has this singing/rapping thing going on. Very reminiscent of L-Boogie.

I really like the song "American Boy" with Kanye, "Wait a Minute (Just a Touch)" and "You Are" with John Legend.
