The reply I wanted to quote has since been edited, but I wanted to ask anyway...

Ms_Prissy00, are you talking about NPHC chapters? If that's the case, based on what I've read here and what NPHC members here have said, starting a grad chapter isn't as easy as you think, and it's certainly not an easy "in".
