Objectively, no. There is no age limit to be considered for collegiate membership as long as you are still working toward your first bachelor's degree.
Subjectively, yes, 35 is too old. The majority of collegiate sorority members range in age from 18-24. I fail to see a 35 year old having enough in common with women of this age group to be viewed as their peer.
I would recommend getting involved with another campus, church or community women's organization.
If you are truly interested in sorority recruitment, give it a shot and see for yourself. There are some women who are older who have received bids to sororities. However, they are in the extreme minority.

In my opinion it would be very difficult to get a bid at 35. This may sound harsh, but most girls do not want a fellow active sister who is nearly their mother's age.
As for being on the President's list, and having a 4.0; I am curious as to what your major is?
I pray it is not education!

OP: You are way too freaking old to not know the proper use of "too, to, and two." Second graders know that rule.
ETA: "I interest in pledging" is also really bad, as is not ending questions with a question mark. UGH.

The reply I wanted to quote has since been edited, but I wanted to ask anyway...
Ms_Prissy00, are you talking about NPHC chapters? If that's the case, based on what I've read here and what NPHC members here have said, starting a grad chapter isn't as easy as you think, and it's certainly not an easy "in".
