I believe that you have to be a full time (not part time) student to rush. For most schools, that means carrying 12 credits. I does not sound like you have been doing that.

I would think that as long as she is a full time student when she goes through recruitment, she is eligible.

Yes in order to be eligible to rush in the fall, you would need to be full time.

As for expansion, I dont think greek life is looking into it just yet. We just switched to a later recruitment date (it starts the weekend after school starts as opposed to the week before) so I think they want to see if that changes the amount of PNMs going through before they start thinking about expansion. We just had ZTA join our campus 5 years ago and our recruitment numbers have been down in the past 2 years. Hopefully the new recruitment dates will raise the numbers because right now our new member classes range from 25-30.
