sweet tea ( and yes you can add lemonade it.
it's yummy)


winter: carmel apple cider (heated at exactly 140 degrees. it's not to hot and it's not to cold)

food: cranberry and orange scones, cream cheese danish, apricot nut energy bar

Also, at least at my Barnes and Noble Cafe, a Tall coffee/mocha light no whip is about 90 calories. Plus being a member gets you 10% off. Yum!

I keep it simple:
iced coffee/whole milk/hazelnut syrup. I am down 5 jean sizes over 2 years ago, want to keep it that way. They no longer have almond syrup

...and, two winters ago, they sold a White Chocolate Macchiatto that I loved and haven't seen since.

You can actually still order it.

About the orange syrup, that's discountinued as well. Possibly back for the summer, but haven't heard anything yet.

What?!? I've tried ordering it more than once at more than one location and they tell me it's not offered. That's why I started ordering the White Chocolate Mocha; it was recommended as the next nearest thing. They're holding out on me!
