I understand the idea of social ostracizing, but sometimes you need to use a little common sense.

That's just me though. I have never had a problem with telling someone to go **ck themselves if they are doing something to me or others that isn't kosher.

Refer back to the hazing threads on here. There are members and aspirants who truly believe that you haven't worked hard until you've LITERALLY shed blood and even been hospitalized.

They consider that common sense and kosher.

To me that's pretty disturbing. I've spoken to a few people who think hazing should come back and I make sure that I at least get some sort of challenge to that thought process. For being men and women of so called higher values this cannot keep happening.
