I don't know how your last assistant lasted 5 years, seriously. Do you do anything besides go to the beach with your family, buy new phones, and play golf after eating sushi? No of course not, you have me do it. I'm not as nice as the other girl was though cuz my smile is FAKE!

Grrrrrrrrr. I'm so done. I thought I was following the advice you gave me, but obviously not since you took it upon yourself to tell our boss that you feel like you're maintaining both our rooms. Everytime I do what you suggest, you jump in and tell me I'm not doing it right. How you would do it and how you did this and that . Yes, I'm grateful for your help. I really am grateful. I didn't want this job. I'm ready to walk away.

If you stop listening to your Ipod and playing Solitaire on your Blackberry while I'm training you, you might stop making mistakes. Seriously, your mistakes are getting bigger and worse and now I'm finding things that you were supposed to do MONTHS ago that you never did! You've been doing this too long to play the "I'm new" card. Stop getting defensive and stop trying to CYA. Admit your mistakes, correct them, and we will respect you. Lie about them and you will get no respect. We all make mistakes occasionally, that's life. We all have days when we're not thinking straight and screw up. That's reality. DO NOT LIE ABOUT IT and put the electronics away. You're making me crazy.

Dear Boss:
Don't ask me to tell her how to fix what she screws up any more. She only gets defensive and then goes to you about how unapproachable I am. I can't tell her anything, she doesn't listen. You are the boss, you need to tell her. I'm not doing it any more.

I'm applying for a new job cuz this one sucks. And no, I'm not going to tell you I'm looking until I give my two weeks. Not cuz I'm mean, but cuz I don't want you to fire me. Maybe you'll get lucky and hire someone while I'm still here so I can train them, because we all know you couldn't train your own assistants to assist you...

Don't call me about your computer being slow. Yes, it is slow. So is mine. Our capital request was denied so there are no new computers. We are screwed. There is nothing I can do. Talk to your boss who bought 5 very expensive laptops for her people with one of her "pots of money" because we could have bought 10 PCs for that money. If they deny our capital request for next year, it's only going to get worse. So, get used to it.

If you aren't taking the entire team to lunch, don't mention it to the entire team. You have several pissed off people working today. I'm one of them.

Then don't insult me further by saying that next time, I'll be at the damn event. I don't care at this point and I know the look on my face said as much. Things like that are the reason why morale is so low and why people are looking to leave.

I told you four months ago I was going to transfer. You said you were going to help. Do not blame me for going to your assistant for help. He is the one who trained me. You should have taught him how to transfer someone while you are teaching him to be a manager and now he is supposed to be fully trained. So while I am on the floor helping people, DO NOT come up to me you snobby brat to tell me this is all my fault, that there were ways to cut corners and that your boss is now mad at you for it. You knew! Why the hell didn't you help! Oh wait that's right, I can hear the air going through your ears, so everyday activities are too hard and you can't possibly be bothered to email my information over to the other store. WHICH IS ALL YOU FREAKING HAD TO DO FOUR MONTHS AGO!
Also your voice makes my ears bleed.

Bekah- You are an idiot. He gave you a house to live in free of rent, a car, a cell phone, he kissed the ground you walked. So while you were going to school and working at most 30 hours a week. He was working and going to school as well. So you know what, stop talking sh!t behind his back. You had a boyfriend AND a fiance. You look bad not him. SO SHUT UP!
