We see someone who is a legacy much like you do. The one difference is we can include those who are members of brother and sister organizations as well. For instance I am a member of Phi Beta Sigma as is my father but my mother is a member of Zeta Phi Beta. Therefore I am a double legacy. One difference is it seems as if you are held to higher standards while seeking membership. Nothing that would necessarily prevent you from entrance but simply that you would know history better since it is something you may have grown up around.
