It will be darker in the mornings again and lighter longer at night.

This morning, at 7:15 am, it was twilight here. Sunday, after moving the clock forward one hour, it will be 8:15 am when it is twilight.

If you get up at 5 am and go to bed at 11 pm, you're going to see the same number of hours of sunlight no matter what. They seem to think we use less energy if it stays light later in the evening. For me, it doesn't matter, it just means I have to use more energy in the mornings. Personally, I have a harder time waking up in the morning and being motivated to leave for work when it looks like it's the middle of the night.
