I was just saying that the whole "day schedule of going to different houses and meeting the girls, and then putting your first choices on a bid" doesn't happen here.
I wish that did happen here, I would like that much better. It would be easier to get involved and meet more people.
I believe most of the SUNY schools have Modified Recruitment. At least one I know of is totally Continuous Recruitment. They are like that because it is the best way for PNMs to stay in recruitment and learn about the sorority chapters. They probably had a formal recruitment at one point and it didn't work for them.

That the groups give out bids whenever they feel like it and people start pledging whenever the groups feel like it. There is no structured period where people sign up for rush, panhel sets a quota (i.e. number of members each group can take), and bids have a set date to be distributed.
