It's been a while since I participated in Adopt A Highway, but I don't think we paid anything to become involved. The city provided us with the safety vests and the trash bags, as well as the permanent Adopt-A-Highway sign with Delta Zeta's name on it. All we were required to do was clean the highway at least once a quarter in order for the sign to remain up.
