My parents do! I think they always have, but when I was in Florida for Christmas, I asked my mother where she kept the plastic bags. (They renovated their kitchen back in the fall, so I have no idea where anything is.) She was all, "the Ziplocs are in the top drawer." For shame!

My mama'd kill me if I didn't save my plastic bags, lol! Right now they are kind of taking up a significant amount of food storage space in my not-very-large apartment, tho', so something has got to be done ... I use them for trashcan liners for little trashcans, and to take my lunch to work in whenever I take my lunch, but I still have WAY more than I will ever use up
