Continuing the hijack: I finally realized what movie/tv show I kept feeling this thread was like... High Fidelity. I love that movie. The book was okay, but I think it would have been better if I hadn't seen the movie.
that chick he ends up with is my top 10 most annoying movie characters with bangs that look like they got caught in a lawnmower.
