Bah, I can't afford breakfast.
I'll eat once a day if I'm lucky...

A Special K meal bar (those are surprisingly filling, btw) and coffee. Lots and lots of coffee.

whole wheat English muffin/light veggie cream cheese
usually also have oatmeal, not in mood today.
and of course, coffee, it has to be a food group.
what I'd like for breakfast: breakfast tacos from diner near courthouse, San Marcos, Tx. just a fried egg, flour tortilla, cheese, salsa. I'd get two, and coffee, eat for less than $5. I haven't found them here, and I seem to lack the skill to flip an egg.

I am fighting the urge to lecture those of you who don't eat breakfast or eat lint for breakfast and call it a balanced meal.

To make up for yesterday this morning I had eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, biscuits & gravy, and huckleberry zucchini bread for breakfast, with lemon, honey ginseng hot tea. Then I walked over two miles in deep snow.

Okay...I can't lecture you now. Your exercise kept your heart from exploding from that almost 1,000 cal breakfast.

I was craving conversation hearts for breakfast this morning but couldn't find any. I had to settle for hot chocolate.
