I am hoping that it is just some silly tradition that is no big deal that started like two years ago, but from the few reactions I have gotten I seriously doubt this. PLEASE PLEASE PLESE help!

I'm confused. Do you mean there is a clique within your chapter or there is some sort of secret society within your organization nationally?
