Yes that is why they *allegedly* started fighting, but if you read the articles about him putting the cease and desist order on the show, not ONCE does he say it's for the kids. In fact in several of the articles, it says he was very happy doing the show. That they were filming a few days before TLC broke the news about "kate+8" and Jon was enjoying it. Then TLC says they are gonna limit Jon's role in the show and he throws a shit fit.
He is not doing it for the welfare or benefit of anyone (or anything) but Jon's wallet.

Right. The timing is just too suspect for it to be about anything else.
I mean, you're cut from the show and then like 3 days later you just decide that you don't want the kids to be filmed on your property anymore? Riiight.
For the record, I'd make the same assumption about Kate if she did the same thing. It's a money-related move.

I completely agree! And if I thought my opinion of Jon couldn't get any worse, I read about this
Jon withdraws $230,000, leaving Kate only $1000
Whether you like Kate or not, she doesn't deserve to be left with almost no money to pay for bills or anything else she needs to keep her and the kids afloat.

Yeah like OTW they have a fund for the children, where i'm assuming they put the bulk of their money (or at least the money paid to the children).
It also says in the article that Jon has withdrawn money @ the beginnings of the divorce proceedings. Something like $170,000 that he's spent on whatever he felt like.

uhhhh cause if you read the article, it says that the arbitrator told her to put it back and then she had to split the money 50/50 with Jon. She spend it on bills and things, he spend it on whatever. So she didn't get to keep the $100,000 .

I'm sure they'll resume taping again and she'll be making up the money that she's losing. She only went crying on national TV so people would feel bad and donate. Like I said, they need to stop broadcasting everything about their divorce.

I'll agree with this.
To be honest, this type of financial witholding and taking money from each other happens everyday in divorce court.
Wife atrempts to hide money from arbitrator because she is afraid hubby will take it (not right). Hubby withdraws all of the money from the joint account because he'd rather spend it than give it to her and the kids. They go back and forth. It's all been done.
In the end, with all the nastiness, the kids are the ones who lose/suffer the most.

Actually Nancy looked like the ridiculous bitch she is. All she ever does is cut people off without giving them a chance to answer her question.
ETA: If you get the clips of the rest of the episode, the chick in the yellow dress... I wish he woulda just told her to shut her fucking mouth and that it was none of her business. WTF does the public need to know the last time they had sex?
