OK, I'm getting annoyed now! Why are Sandy and I always the last ones to get the Quarterly?

One of my Junior Circle sisters lives 3 miles away from me, and she always gets the Quarterly several days before I do!

IHQ must not like me (insert dramatic sniffle here).
