There are no set rules about going from NPC to NALFO (especially since initiation didn't take place). "Your friend" needs to ask a member of the NALFO sorority and they'll tell her what their specific policies are.

Agreed.

I would add that this friend should wait a while and establish herself on campus first before trying to hop over to another sorority (especially since she is a freshman).

How did she become a member of this organization, and then DE-PLEDGE THREE MONTHS after being an active member?

^^^ I saw that post earlier too. I'm thinking she meant to say 3 months after accepting the bid, not actually crossing. We'll see..
