A couple of years ago, I went on two dates with a short guy (he claimed we were the same height--5 ft. 3 in.--but I was taller than he was even in my flatest flats!). I came to find out on the first date that he was quite loaded. Didn't make any difference. I felt like I was out with a little boy and I just couldn't do it. Perhaps that's shallow, but I figure that if men can prefer a certain body type, I can prefer a certain height! This is the only guy I've been out with who was under 5 ft. 11 in...going back to 8th grade, lol!

I totally agree with you. There's no way on God's green earth am I gonna get serious with a guy who's shorter than me. I'm like 5' 6"/5' 7" somewhere around there, but yes you are SO right. If a guy can prefer a certain body type, then I can have a certain height preference.
