I do have Thursday and Saturday to look forward to though.

My Dearest Sorors of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated -

I am filled with reverence, pride and joy today as we celebrate the legacy of our illustrious Founders. I am humbled by the light kindled 100 Years ago. Sorors, I woke up this morning (looked in the mirror and shook my pretty head) and thought back to the cherished moment when I too stood within a smaller circle and sang with great reverence "We'll Always Reverence AKA Forever and a Day".

I am blessed and honored to be a part of this great sisterhood. Enjoy today, Sorors. This is OUR DAY.

My dearest Sorors,

I haven't cried like this since October 3, 1999. I am truly overwhelmed with emotion today. I have never been so happy to be a part of this lovely sisterhood. Never. I never thought I could feel this way about Alpha Kappa Alpha. My love has grown so strong through the years. Yet today, that love is multiplied 100 times. I never knew a love like this before. Ever.

Sorors, I read through these posts and I'm singing songs I haven't sung in quite a while. It's like riding a bike, you NEVER forget. I love you all for bringing back such special memories. But more than anything, I love you all for being the strong, graceful, hard-working, beautiful, classy, caring, and supreme women that you are.

So here's to YOU, my dearest sorors of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated:
