I personally find the show disappointing considering all the hype behind it. There are a lot of things that need to be changed. First of all the Eliminator is somewhat boring since their is no interaction with Gladiators. On the show in the 80's they had 4 walls and had to run through one of them while there were Gladiators waiting behind 2-3. This needs to be brought back. The football-like challenge where the men have to get past a Gladiator between the hashes and score, than wrestle a different gladiator also needs to be brought back.

On a different note does Titan look like Mitt Romney to anyone else?

My mom recognized three of the females as current/former ms. fitness or bodybuilding competitors. Siren - Valerie Waugaman, Stealth - Tanji Johnson, and Venom - Beth Horn are all regulars in the bodybuilding/fitness world.

And Crush, is a Mixed Martial Arts champ. Would not want to mess with her.

Hellga, Robin Coleman, is a powerlifter -- read: World's strongest woman competitor. Pretty much all meat and no moves.

Valerie Waugaman is an IFBB Figure Pro, Tanji Johnson (I met her!) is a IFBB Fitness Pro, and Beth Horn (who I am not overly familiar with) does Fitness. Jamie Kovac (nee Reed) is a National Level Figure competitor and a lovely person - beautiful and SMART (girlfriend did engineering at Cornell and was a collegiate polevaulter too!!). I had the pleasure of meeting Jamie and competing against her in FemSport 2006 and we had a blast! She plays "Fury".

I didn't know you compete!?! My mom has competed in Vegas in bodybuilding (is that what ya call it) group. I think she got, like 4th. Still pretty good imho. My mom and dad to to Vegas and the Arnold every year.

Anyway, I get to hear her talk about her stuff. I have no idea about most if it and tend to sound like an idiot when I talk about it. I just know she doesn't do fitness and the gymnastic elements involved. She's mostly about lifting and body sculpting.
I have never met anyone else who does the kind of stuff she's into, though. Cool.
