Oh wow. I wasn't. But thats a whole new deminsion. The omlette therory is you can't make one without breaking eggs. Yeah abortion can be traumatic, but might be the eggs we have to break to curb human population growth. OMG!! lol, i could see the double meaning though. haha

I've been thinking....there is no double meaning. Eggs are unfertilized (meaning haploid) and abortions are (diploid). So you shouldn't get grossed out by the old saying "you can't make an ommlette without breaking some eggs." You're right, that's not ultra companisonette, but...so what?

Second off, if a woman has a right to choose in any situation, she has a right to choose in every situation. I"m sick for having an opinon different for yours? What are you some kind of an opinon nazi? Well, you'll never send me to the death camps! There are way too many people on this planent, the earth cannot support us all. You're right. You are entitled to your own opinion, but it was HOW you said it. Your above replies came off as being very insensitive.

Well, this sounds like a cop out but its because of the type. YOu can't hear the inflection, etc. as if i had spoken it, and no other words of mine to put it in context. Its actully something I've thought a lot about.

OP - You seem to be misinterpreting the reason people are offended by your statements. You do have the right to express your opinion - I'm not debating that issue. But if you do express your opinion, keep in mind that I have the right to attack it, if I feel it is based on lack of knowledge, is hateful, or is just plain ignorant. Whether or not women have the right to choose is clear in my book - but do you honestly think that any woman would choose to use ABORTION as a method of regular birth control? LOL. That's the part that I just have to roll my eyes at. You either don't understand the concept of "regular birth control" and/or you don't have a clue about what the practice of abortion entails. That's the bone I have to pick with you.

Then again...Maybe you're being like the select few on this board (who shall remain nameless) who love to create controversy and strife by throwing out ignorant and half-thought out opinions just to get a reaction from the rest of the people on GC.
