Are you going to a bowl game?
OTW, are you planning to head to New Orleans to watch some Warrior vs. Bulldog craziness?
Anybody else headed to watch one?
Bowl game attendance kind of separates the casual fan from the truly devoted, IMO. I'm more of a casual fan. TV is fine for my sports watching needs.

Ugh, I was trying not to think about it, but you just HAD to go and remind me, huh? 
Sadly, no...I won't be heading to New Orleans to watch the Pineapple vs. Peach Bowl.  About 20 of my friends will be going and initially I was roaring to go, but $3500 for 3 nights hotel, air, transportation, game day tailgate, and ticket was just too much for me and I was not willing to go back into debt again. A big stink went on with Sugar Bowl tickets that turned me off too.
My parents will be going to support the team (as they usually do with most away games), and I'm not sure if any of the Alpha Gams are going. It'd be nice if the Delta Sigmas and Gamma Alphas could get together! I like to call myself a devoted fan (season tickets since the late 80s!).
I'll most likely have friends and family over for a big BBQ/drunk fest on game day.

No and I want to be. If the BSC Championship had been over New Years, I could have have been in NO.
Who in the #&(( decided to put it on TV on a Monday night at 9:00??? Obviously, someone who doesn't need to work.

My brother is a true Michigan fan. He goes to whichever bowl they are in every single year. It's nice that they will be in Orlando this year, a mere 1.5 hour drive from my dad's house. He has a group of college buddies (5 or 6) who all go to the bowl games together and they are in their mid-40's now. Yep, they bleed maize and blue! I got him a Michigan fleece throw this year for Christmas but he shouldn't need it for the Orlando game!

I have tickets to head to the Rose Bowl to watch my Trojans beat up on the Illini . . . unfortunately life gets in the way and I'm now desperately trying to sell my tickets. Guess I'll have to catch it on tv now! Bummer!

He emailed me today and told me that he had to get his tickets on Ebay! It's going to be rough to be a Michigan fan at that game...
(ETA: We also root for OSU in their bowl games too.. we root for all the Big 10 teams when it gets to the Bowl games)
