Okay, a little history lesson for you here. Groups prone to intimidation of others aren't a new thing to Norwich. My fraternity (theta chi) was founded there. Before us, there was a group called the Regulators that used physical force and intimitatidon to keep people in line if they were breaking the code of valour. Like, if you were the one guy that got everyone else in trouble. Or sometimes, depending on the case, if you were higher in the rat line and hazed those below too much, you might get a talking too. This was between 1840?? something and 1855. One of my founders was a member but didn't like the means they used to carry out their ideals. See, they were well intentioned, but didn't have the temperance to know exactly why things were happening. They just wanted Norwich to live up to its own reputation. They had a newspaper called The Univeristy Regulator that let people know to change their behavior or else. This included school admistration. They had a rival newspaper that called them out called the University Owl, which said basicly that norwich is full of hypocrites.
