We did. It went dormant in 1991. I know because I was there for recruitment and got my first flat tire (age 24) and it was in a BAD neighborhood nearby. The campus is not open for extension and when it is, the NPC groups not currently represented on the campus will be eligible to submit for consideration. If you have other questions, please PM me.
