Why on earth would people who quit their sorority be posting on a message for fraternity and sorority members?

I'd just make sure she knows that quitting is a permanent step. Once she does it, she really can't go back. Also, she has to return her sorority items and letters. Depending on the chapter and its attitudes, some girls might even stop talking to her.
