1. Well groomed/cute (overal clean, appropriate clothes, good teeth habits...)
2. At least as tall as me (5'7'')
3. I might be the only girl who still likes chest hair, I do not want a 12 year old with out any, unless he's a swimer then I understand!
4. Tattos/piercing are good in moderation!
5. Medium build, not attracted muscle bound men, but I am not opposed to them.
6. Boering or girly men need not apply...I need a funny man who can change my car's oil and not break a sweat or gripe about messing up his hair.
