You know you're a DG when...
1.) You name your dog Skipper, Sailor, or Hannah...
2.) Your kids wore only Bronze, Pink, and Blue until they were old enough to pick their own clothing.
3.) You go crazy when you see/hear/read any mention of DG in the media (positive, that is).
4.) Your husband knows the songs and cheers because you spontaniously sing/shout them while cleaning house, driving the kids to games, or sleeptalking.

You name your first child a "D" name and the next a "G" name. (or you have a list of names starting with D and G for when the joyous time arrives)

When you're taking your only child, male, on college tours and tell him the only place he is allowed to find a date is the DG house.

Hubby and I were at Pier 1 last weekend buying decor for the house and without realizing it I accumulated 2 pink candles, 2 blue candles, and was heading for some bronzyish candles when I realized what I was doing. I was like-yay, DG candles!!! Hubby was like-  We aren't doing our house decor in homage to DG. So, no bronze candles for me.....yet......

Why thanks, AnchorAlumna! He knows where the DG house is on 7 campuses and wouldn't you know his first choice is the ONE university where we don't (currently) have a chapter. I believe that we WILL have one there the same year he starts college, though, so I still have hope.

Yes, that is the one. If he doesn't change his mind (he'd have to get a really good scholarship offer from someplace else), he & DG will be hitting UA the same year.
