Arg, I agree!!! I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and have had nothing but problems. It's ridiculous stuff too. All four automatic windows have had the regulator replaced in the past 2 years. It's pretty fun when you're driving down the freeway and your window starts going down on it's own. The classic was when I was driving back from getting one of the windows fixed and by the time I got home another had broken. Also, the engine fan assembly has conked out FOUR times. (To me, this says something about the quality of Daimler/Chrysler parts in addition to the vehicles.) Also, the water pump has gone out, the oil valve cover and oil pan gasket, the transmission had some sensor that broke, etc, etc, etc. Owning this car has made me never want to buy an American car again.
