CT4, you beat me to it with posting the information. Some of the stuff, while interesting, is also chilling.

I was particularly interested in the section mentioning that 25% of AA females are managers or professional specialists, while only 18% of AA males are. It correlates with some other threads I've seen in the NPHC rooms, particularly ones that talk about male-female relations.
