I missed the beginning of the show and honestly my watching in general this season has been spotty so I don't know her back-story, but wouldn't the female death be the woman who was in Bree's bathroom that got sucked out the door? Or is there supposed to be another one?

I don't think Chicago lady counts 'cause she's only been on the show a couple times...
