As far as I know, it was always up to the roommates to decide. If there was physical violence, the roommates would all vote and decide the fate of the other roommate. At least that is how it was on the Seattle season when Stephen hit that curly haired girl. (i forgot her name)--the roommates got together w/ the producer and they watched the slap and then decided to either kick Stephen out or keep him in.

epchick you're right. The roomates decided in Seattle.
I almost wish Parisa would have let her stay. I've always been a "can't we all get along" kinda person, so I would have loved to see them start over and maybe become closer. I also think it woudl have made Parisa look like the bigger person. I can't wait for next week to see Isaac voice his opinions.

I don't know if starting over was a possiblity. I thought I saw Trisha shaking her head when that was said. But it could have been editing or I may have been taking it a different way.

I saw that too. I also don't think it would have been possible, considering Trisha treated Parisa like crap from the second she met her. I don't know what these people are like in real life, of course, but going solely by what I've seen (yeah, editing, I know) I can't really blame Parisa for being the way she is. I'm sure I would be too if all of my female roomates were bitches to me from the beginning without even bothering to get to know me. Personally, I'm glad the hypocritical bitch is gone!

Supposedly Irene had really jacked the producers and cast around at that point - blaming her leaving on her lyme disease when that really wasn't why. I'm betting that if he'd slapped one of the other girls, he would have been out of there in a second. JMO.

And the fact that she totally instigated the whole confrontation by calling him outside and being like "we could never get married because you're a homosexual". It was just childish.

I'm watching the latest episode again and I missed the part about Trisha telling Parisa about how house and religion and family and blah blah. I really think Trisha never like Parisa because of her race and religion. She never had a chance.

^^^I thought the same too, glad Parisa finally said it....I was honestly disgusted with the way Kelly Anne and that new chick reacted..spitting on a window isn't classy..it was seriously like taking a trip to middle school, I missed the last episode though..did she get pregnant? (highly doubt it though, this IS the Real World LOL)
I totally loved Parisa's response to Trisha's trashing here (her 'you are nothing' speech')
"have a nice flight, take care" LMAO

Didn't Steven also get to make the decision and let Brynn stay after she threw the fork at him?
