have you researched HBGLO's that already exist but are not on your campus? i understand if maybe you aren't drawn to particular organizations that are more well known, but there are literally dozens of other orgs that were likely started for the same reason you want to start yours. check out bringing a chapter of a smaller organization to your campus before starting your own; i think you'll be surprised by what you find.
