She's probably just like her brother and is purposely creating drama to get her 15 minutes of fame. Honestly, if it turns out that they happen to be at the same place, same time without any precursor to the comment, it wouldn't surprise me.
I'm sure LC is really gonna give a hoot that some random girl, much less someone related to Spencer, 'hates' her now. Gosh darn, she must be devastated. I just don't know how she will live through the day.
