Stepping a must?

If you do some research into our organizations, you'll find that not only is "stepping" NOT a requirement but it's not what we're about at all despite what popular movies like "Stomp the Yard" falsely portray. The NPHC orgs are about Sister/Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Service. "Stepping" is great and fun to watch and participate in but it's just a leisurely tradition and yes it's a talent. Not every member or chapter steps or has a desire to.
