When Hiro first met Kensai (aka Adam) at the beginning of the season, didn't Kensai introduce himself as something other than Kensai? Did he introduce himself as Adam, and so last night's epi just connected the dots more clearly for us? My memory for these details is pretty bad!

That Hiro had the ability to go home all along but hung around long enough to get Kensai's myth (or legend) moving along....I was hoping for a little bit more along that story line and I THOUGHT that he didn't have as much CONTROL on how to move back and forth along time lines...so what happened?

My $.02 is that "Adam" was never really Takezo Kensai. Bob told Nathan that "Adam" had been imprisoned somewhere but that a week or two ago, he escaped. Maybe "Adam's" imprisonment in ancient Japan had to do with Hiro's father's power and his death.

And since "Adam" seems to be able to heal like Claire, I would think that he is also a potential cure for the "Shanti Virus."

I think he was in fact Kensei, he's just like Wolverine: Theoretically he could live forever as his body will keep healing itself.

I totally called the whole Adam/Kensei thing while watching this week I'm feeling proud of myself.

well now we also gotta be able to explain how he managed to show up in the present with peter...did he survive the explosion and live all this time or could he also time travel like Hiro?

I got money saying that Adam is also behind the killings of the superpowered elders.

Also I am starting to notice how some of the people who are getting whacked or in danger of getting whacked are all connected to the youger people who are now just discovering they have powers.

Hiro's father - what was his ability?

The Petrelli's mom - what are her powers outside of the fact she can tell when someone is in her head?

What about Linderman?

What about Micahs cousin and I wonder if his great aunt has abilities too...?

At the moment, I'm going with the "lives forever" theory. It's worked for Wolverine and other comic book characters so it fits the flow. Adam is at least being blamed for the deaths of the older generation and it fits with his pissed off at Hiro thing. Niki came *this* close to releasing the virus last week and might still. The real question is, can we trust Bob?

And yeah the older heroes are all interconnected with the younger generation(s) although we don't see Niki as having a direct blood connection, and I don't think we know how Claire's mom, West, or the twins fit into the whole thing either. But it's clearly hereditary.

Mama Petrelli has the power of suggestion or persuasiveness. I don't know that it was ever nailed down but she influences those around her. Linderman healed other people and things. Not sure about Mr. Nakamura although I wonder if he had the muscle memory like Micah's older cousin.
