I think that as far as Delta U goes,Purdue has a great house!

But I think my own chapter house has gotten the most complements I know of.

Some of my fav Gamma Phi Beta houses, for different reasons:

Florida State (because the staircase is so cool): http://www.fsugammaphibeta.com/history.html

Cal Poly SLO (because they have a pool too!): http://www.gammaphibetaslo.com/page.php?page_id=2130

USC (because it's a beautiful property and also where I was initiated): http://www.gammaphibetausc.org/page.php?page_id=13295

Iowa State (just pretty): http://www.isugammaphi.com/houseTour.aspx

U-DUB (I love the dramatic door arch): http://students.washington.edu/gammaphi/

UCLA (the prettiest at UCLA IMHO): http://images.google.com/imgres?imgu...US234%26sa%3DN

Wisconsin (LOVE all the ivy): http://www.uwgreek.com/

SMU (just so traditionally pretty): http://www.smugreeks.com/Panhellenic/index.htm

Those AOPi houses were awesome! Your housing corporation really does an awesome job, seldom do you see an AOPi house that isn't impressive in some way.

I have never seen the Iowa State house in person but it looks amazing.

One of my other favorite DU houses is our Colgate house.

I think the same goes for ZTA, especially on your Headquarters' website where it lists each house and shows pictures and states if it is a lodge, dorm suite, house, etc. Very nice. The ZTA houses at LSU and MS State are very nice too. When ZTA was at Ole Miss their house was gorgeous as well. I use to eat lunch there with my ZTA friends.

A lot of the chapter houses at Iowa State are unique, especially the older ones. I always loved ADPi's, Sigma Kappa's, and Gamma Phi's houses as well as SAE's, Kappa Sig's, and Pike's.

Being that we're in Midtown Atlanta and space is limited, most of Tech's houses are dinky compared to the amazing things I'm seeing in this thread. Probably the most impressive one we've got now is Lambda Chi's house (http://www.gtlambdachi.org/menu&house.html), which was finished I think Fall '05.

That is the link (with pictures) of the new Sigma Nu house at GA Tech. It's the website of the company that built it.
