Business dress every week.

This includes:

Skirts [knee length or longer]
Non-lycra tops
Dress pants
Heels
Dress flats

Not allowed:
Gauchos
Jeans
Corderoys
Lycra shirts
Underwear showing [obviously]
Flip flops
Tennis shoes
Not having your pin
Short skirts without a slip

AST is quite conservative in business clothes.
